Here is a list of questions I get about my job from people outside of the Internet world. I always get a good chuckle trying to explain what I do for a living. Some are super funny and some just irritate me since I’ve heard them over and over and over and over.

1) How do you make money online?

2) How can I get my site to rank well in the search engines?

3) Will you do a site for me?

4) So your an eBay seller or power seller?

5) People pay you money for what?

6) Do you really work in your boxers?

7) How do you work on the Internet when you are always playing poker?

8) Will you do a site for me? (yes… usually the same person asks this question twice)

9) How much money are you making?

10) What do you think about Google’s stock price?

11) So all you do is create a site… then it makes money?

12) Do you have porn sites?

Ok… so here are the quick answers to most of the questions above:

1) Adsense, Software Sales, Advertising, Directory Submissions, YPN, & Affiliate Income
2) I just *LOL*
3) No
4) Nope. I have never sold anything on eBay.
5) See Answer # 1
6) About 50% of the time the other 50% of the time I’m naked!
7) Super Talented
8) Still the same answer as # 3 but the 2nd time around I usually send them Eric’s Book.
9) Why don’t you guess??? $5K, $10K, $15K, $20K, $25K, $50K, $75K, $100K, $125K or $150K per month.
10) WTF do I look like??? I’m not a stockbroker… but it is overvalued.
11) Sure… after I sprinkle pixie dust on it.
12) No Comment! (J/K I don’t… no really mom I don’t)

Poor kayak dude gets it from a killer whale

Well… here in Palm Springs the temperature has spiked up for the summer and it’s 109 degrees today. Not much to do in Palm Springs when it gets this hot so we sat around the pool today and drank some laughing water.

My daughter gets in the pool and doesn’t get out for hours… I think she may be part fish. Anyway… I came inside just to get away from the heat for a bit. The one nice thing about this time of the year that is nice is hanging outside at 10:00 at night when it’s a nice 85 degrees still outside.
