Site Sift Listings Progress Report

Filed under: Web Directories — Administrator @ 3:50 pm

It’s been two months since we released Site Sift Listings, a free web directory script. I’m proud to say that there has been well over a couple hundred downloads within the first two months. If you are not familiar with the script here are a few of the highlights:

-Unlimited categories
-Unlimited subcategories (multi way tree design structure)
-Edit (sub)categories
-Change category from drop down menu
-Move categories around (subcategories will be changed as well)
-Change title
-Change description
-Delete (sub)categories
-Edit listings
-Change title
-Change description
-Change category
-Change URL
-Sort listings by alphabetical or date submitted
-Search both listings and categories

More features can be found here.

Within the next two weeks we will have an update to the script come out. This update will include a revamping of the submission process, Google sitemaps integration, fixing some db errors, adding a “thank you” page and a few more minor changes and additions.

If you have any questions regarding our script please feel free to visit our forum.
